Kisses's to all with Caring, Compassion and the Love of Christ--that was Valerie Wachter aka Kisses T. Clown.
Val was a Charter Member of the Master's Clowns in 1981. The Clowns were sponsored by the U.S. Army Main Post Chapel at Fort Monmouth, NJ for 20 years.
The First Baptist Church, Red Bank, NJ became their home after 11 September 2001. Val was a driving force in the Master's Clowns, always looking for new members and new ways to spread Christ's message of Salvation.
Val developed several clown characters over the years as she grew in experience and skills. She matured in Kisses, the ultimate Minister of Christian outreach. She was a mentor to all new clowns, helping them perfect their make-up and costumes, as well as their skills and routines.
Val created new skits that spread The Word of Christ in humorous artful ways. She brought smiles of understanding and acceptance of the Love of Christ to the hearts of those who were blessed to be in the presence of Kisses.
Valerie lived her life as an example of the Christian's Way, following the scriptures in her Bible. Her manner of living showed her relationship with God. Her community was one family with God. Her family was blessed to have a loyal, loving mom and wife.
We will miss her infectious smile and laugh. We'll miss her creative mind, her conscious example of God's message to us. We will miss her consciousness of other people's needs. We will miss her.
